A Multisurface Exterior Durable primer finish for metal cladding & facades. No additional primers are required, It can be used when abrasive blast cleaning is not practical or economically viable. It is recommended as a primer finish for metal cladding, weathered galvanised steel, plastisol, pvdf, powder coated sheets on warehouses, retail, and commercial buildings. Metal Unicoat has excellent exterior durability, with good colour and gloss retention. It is environmentally compliant with low VOCs, no fire risks and low odour. It can be applied in occupied buildings with the minimum disruption to business activities.

High pressure water blasting is recommended to remove surface contaminants, loosely adhering paint and rust. Eco Powerclean is recommended for speed of cleaning. Allow to dry before applying two coats of Metal Unicoat by Airless Spray. Allow 3-4 hours between coats. Application by roller or brush may be used to reduce overspray, however additional coats may be required to achieve the recommended dry film thickness.
