Hydrograff HP a High Performance waterbased two pack polyurethane with excellent abrasion, mechanical and chemical resistance. It can be applied by Airless spray, brush or roller on most surfaces including metals, concrete, wood and plastics. With excellent chemical resistance it forms a hard easy clean finish from which graffiti can be easily removed. It is a versatile product with many applications. It can be used as a topcoat over Elastometal, Monoguard, Elastoflex, Elastodeck, and other coatings to enhance the UV, chemical and mechanical resistance.
It is ideal as a clearcoat on walls and steel structures in urban environments and warehouse buildings to highlight their architectural features and protect them from mechanical damage. It may also be used as an exterior floor coating exposed to chemical spillage and regular cleaning, approved for use in the food industry.

Concrete: Surface to be clean and dry, free from laitance, oil grease and other contaminants. For porous surfaces the first coat should be thinned 5-10% by volume with water to allow penetration into the substrate.
Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants.
Apply 2 coats of Hydrograff HP at 50-60 microns allow 8hrs between coats.
