Elastoflex has superb elasticity and waterproofing properties, it is easy to apply without the need for abrasive blast cleaning. It is a breathable, fast-drying water based coating, with high elasticity to bridge concrete cracks and has an easy clean finish. It allows the substrate to breathe and has CE class 2 certification. It is a single pack primer finish, a cost-effective solution for the renovation of walls and concrete facades, protecting against the ingress of chlorides, carbonation and the corrosion of steel rebar within the concrete. Elastoflex has excellent exterior durability, with good colour and gloss retention. It is environmentally compliant with low VOCs, no fire risks and low odour. It can be applied in occupied buildings with the minimum disruption to business activities.
