Bradite HD is a two pack epoxy heavy duty floor paint recommended for floors subject to heavy fork lift traffic and chemical spillages. It is suitable for steel, wood, ceramics, terracotta tiles, concrete and previously painted surfaces. A non flammable floor coating with low odour and low VOCs suitable for hygiene sensitive locations found in hospitals, schools, public buildings, food and beverage processing plants. It can be applied during normal business hours with minimum disruption to people, operations and business activities. It produces a very hard easy-clean surface with excellent chemical , mechanical and abrasion resistance ideal for walls and floors where steam cleaning is common. Meets BS476 Part 6 & 7, fire propagation Class 0 and Spread of Flame Class 1. Available in RAL Classic, NCS and British Standard colours in a gloss finish.

Carbon steel: Min St2 (ISO 8501-1). Concrete: Surface to be clean and dry, free from laitance, oil grease and other contaminants. For porous surfaces the first coat should be thinned 5-10% by volume with water to allow penetration into the substrate. Followed by two coats of unthinned Bradite HD. Non porous or shiny concrete to be vacuum blast cleaned to provide a key. Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants.
