Suitable for all interior and exterior plasters and previously painted surfaces. Remove all loosely adhering material back to a sound edge. The surface must be dry and free of surface contamination. Apply two full coats of Architects Matt by brush roller or spray. May be diluted with 15% water and applied as mist coat on new plaster. Allow 4 hrs between coats.
